A. The answer is a resounding '“YES!”
Q. Do i need to put any money down?
A. No, not at all. You can choose from zero down purchase options or you can choose a traditional solar lease/PPA. With either option your current high electric bill will be replaced with a much lower solar payment.
Q. Do I need to own the land?
A. You do not need to own the land your home sits on, but you do need to receive your electric bill directly from your Utility. (SDGE, PGE, SCE, etc…)
q. What If my roof needs to be replaced?
A. We preform comprehensive roof and home inspections before moving your project forward. More often than not you can get your roof replaced and warrantied along with your solar package and still save money vs. your current electric bill.
